At Diversey, we take internships seriously. We proudly pursue students who are highly qualified and motivated to succeed. We seek interns who can bring fresh ideas and new perspectives that contribute to the well-being and future of our business.

Our internship program is structured to be a progressive, inclusive, active, valuable process for all participants, interns, Diversey, and the Sturtevant, Wis., community. Each summer our interns give back to the community, leading and executing a community service project. In the past, they have completed projects that benefited community organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank of America.

Interns participating in the Diversey internship program have opportunities to:

• Experience a professional work environment;

• Gain hands-on, practical business experience;

• Have an indispensable learning experience focused on value-added outcomes, contribution and accountability;

• Receive coaching and training from an experienced network of peers, middle managers, and senior leaders at a global organization; and
