Titan Sanitizer - Detergent Sanitizer Powder
Titan Sanitizer is a chlorine based concentrate detergent sanitiser that is supplied as a fast dissolving powder.
It is effective for sanitising equipment, hard surfaces, walls, floors and instruments and can be used neat or in solution depending on the task. It kills spores at five per cent dilution.
The formulation gives 200ppm available chlorine when diluted at a rate of 10g per 1litre. Solutions prepared using 50-125g in 5 litres of water (200-500ppm) are suitable for general surfaces and equipment. For environmental disinfection (such as healthcare and hospitals) the solution is prepared at 1000ppm. Stronger concentrations for high-risk disinfection (2500ppm) and blood and body spillage (10000ppm) can be prepared using larger quantities of the powder.
During use the solution is applied with a mop, sponge, brush or spray bottle depending on the specific cleaning task. The solution is left on the surface for at least five minutes before it is rinsed thoroughly with clean water and left to dry. The powder can also be used neat by sprinkling a small amount of powder on to a cloth or sponge and applied directly to the surface. It is then rinsed with clean water and left to dry.
