The process begins with an initial assessment of a customer’s cleaning and hygiene program.  Diversey consultants benchmark the customer’s results across their organization and against industry standards to identify areas for profit improvement and value chain optimization.  The findings from the initial assessment form the basis for DPM focus areas and future continuous improvement actions.  The following components are central to DPM:

  • Plan: During the “Plan” stage, Diversey consultants configure cleaning & hygiene tasks and frequencies based on site requirements and to ensure compliance with industry and/or customer standards, protocols and procedures.  An optimal plan with the correct resource allocation is designed to minimize costs against expected appearance levels.
  • Do: Tasks and frequencies are dispatched to authorized vendors who schedule and perform services during the “Do” stage.  The right chemical products are ordered (maintaining compliance with contractual agreements), and delivered to the right customer locations.
  • Check: Service activities are “Checked” for compliance and satisfaction ratings - product compliance is “checked” to drive adherence to corporate purchase agreements.  Inspections help identify deviations from standard as well as recurring gaps.  Customized training is deployed to address improvement opportunities
  • Review: Through data mining and cross-application reporting, the “Review” stage translates all application data into actionable intelligence... The right intelligence in the right hands for quick action and better job performance.
