Himanshu Jain is the President, APAC, excluding Greater China. He is a member of the APAC Leadership Team and Diversey Care Global Leadership Team. He has been with Diversey / Sealed Air since 2003. Himanshu has over 27 years of experience working as a business professional. He joined JohnsonDiversey India in 2003 to lead the Food Hygiene business.  He built the business from a small base to clear leadership position.

Himanshu took over the responsibility of turning around the loss-making Philippines Operation for Diversey in 2007. After leading the  Philippines operations to become most profitable in the region, he moved to lead the INSEA for Diversey in 2011.  When Diversey was acquired by Sealed Air, he was chosen as the leader for all the three divisions of Sealed Air and led the post-merger business integration for India. He navigated the adverse hyper-inflation of 2008 and Indian currency devaluation of 2013/14 to deliver a higher profitability operation while maintaining double-digit growth.

Himanshu has been leading the operations for INSEA for Sealed Air since 2015 and has developed this area to be one of the best performing regions globally.

Prior to joining Diversey, Himanshu worked with ExxonMobil and Unilever India. Himanshu benefitted from working with an Indian conglomerate in various capacities ranging from manufacturing, industrial project management, corporate purchasing and general management thus gaining an overall view of business operations.

Himanshu is a board member of the Indian Council for Competitiveness and Management Council for Enactus (a global non-profit organization engaged in promoting social entrepreneurship amongst  young adults). He is passionate about bringing dignity to the role of a ‘cleaner’ and is personally leading the same through “Garima,” a CSR program in India.

Himanshu holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur and a Master’s in Process design from IIT Delhi, India.
