I am contacting you on behalf of a client who is looking for a disinfectant biocide.

The product is for use in the pharmaceutical industry, for the disinfection of animal cages, in order to maintain a barrier for immunodeficient animals. They are therefore looking for a product preferably without residues and safe.

The product will be used on one of their sites in Belgium. One of their US sites is already using the product Oxivir tb RTU:

Could you therefore inform me of the following :

- Is the product Oxivir tb RTU also sold outside of the US ?

- If not, do you sell alternative products in Belgium that would be applicable to this situation ?

As the pharmaceutical site is located in Belgium, it is important that the product be registered for use as a biocide in Belgium according to the Biocidal Products Regulation (EU) 528/2012.

We were at the Excel last week attending the PestEx show, when we decided to drop by The Cleaning Show in the adjacent hall to try and determine if cleaning products are scientifically proven to be an effective cleaning agent against pathogen bacteria.

Based at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, we are a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with access to specialist labs where we can test the transmission of pathogens through insect vectors, such as the housefly.

And so, we’d be keen to speak with your R&D department, to see if they might be interested in undertaking some testing with us to find out the impact your cleaning product has on mitigating the spread and transmission of pathogenic bacteria.

It would be great if you could point me in the direction of the right contact?

Previous Material Code is 60682, new material code is 990682. Also change to the ingredients listed on the product.

Was there a change in formulation (along with the material code), if yes would you be able to send a new SDS for the material and confirm the change.

I recently watched a webinar that recommended "Speed Ball" cleaner for use in ultrasonic cleaners to clean powder coating gun & pump parts. I've never heard of this product so I wouldn't know what to get, if you have more than one variant, or where it get it. Who sells this product?

Many of the gun & pump parts are aluminum with rubber O-Rings & many are plastic & we've had some bad experiences with other cleaners. They either didn't clean anything very well or they turned the aluminum black. Can you please provide me some assistance?
